libbeecrypt-dev software package provides header files for beecrypt, a library of cryptographic algorithms, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libbeecrypt-dev
libbeecrypt-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libbeecrypt-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libbeecrypt-dev *
You will get with libbeecrypt-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
